OFFICIAL GIVEAWAY RULES

Belle Health $500 Gift Card Giveaway

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE DOES NOT INCREASE OR IMPROVE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING WHEN USING THE FREE MAIL-IN ENTRY METHOD. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW.

By participating in this giveaway, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters related to this giveaway.

1. Sponsor

This giveaway is sponsored by Elle Frias (“Sponsor”), located in Oregon, United States.

2. Eligibility

The giveaway is open only to legal residents of the United States who are at least eighteen (18) years old at the time of entry.

Employees, affiliates, partners, of the Sponsor may be excluded from participation at the Sponsor’s discretion.

Void outside the United States and where prohibited or restricted by law.

3. Giveaway Period

The giveaway begins immediately upon publication of these Official Rules and ends at 11:59 PM Pacific Time on June 30, 2026 (“Giveaway Period”).

Mail-in entries must be received by June 29, 2026 to qualify.

The winner will be selected on or about July 7, 2026.

4. Prize

One (1) winner will receive:

One (1) $500 Belle Health gift card

Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $500 USD.

The prize is non-transferable and may not be redeemed for cash except where required by law. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if necessary.

Sponsor is not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, damaged, or unusable gift cards after delivery.

5. How to Enter

There are three (3) methods of entry:

A. Belle Health Purchase Entry

Participants may enter by signing up with Belle Health and placing an order during the Giveaway Period.

Entrants will receive one (1) entry for every one dollar ($1.00 USD) spent.
Proof of purchase is required.
Entrants must provide valid purchase documentation acceptable to Sponsor.

B. Merchandise Purchase Entry

Participants may purchase any eligible T-shirt or hat listed under the “Giveaway” section during the Giveaway Period.

Entrants will receive one (1) entry for every one dollar ($1.00 USD) spent.
Proof of purchase is required.

C. Free Mail-In Entry Method (No Purchase Necessary)

To enter without making a purchase, participants may mail a handwritten or typed letter containing:

Full legal name
Email address
Phone number
Proof of being over the age of 18 is required

Rules for mail-in entries:

One mailed entry per envelope
Unlimited mail-in entries permitted, including one per day
Each mailed entry counts as one (25) entries per entry
Mail-in entries must be received by June 29, 2026
Mechanically reproduced, automated, incomplete, illegible, or fraudulent entries may be disqualified

No purchase is necessary to enter or win.

6. Winner Selection and Odds

One (1) winner will be selected in a random drawing conducted on or about July 7, 2026 from all eligible entries received during the Giveaway Period.

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

Sponsor reserves the right to verify eligibility before awarding the prize.

7. Winner Notification

The potential winner may be contacted via email, phone, social media, or other contact information provided during entry.

If:

the winner cannot be contacted,
fails to respond within seven (7) days,
is found ineligible, or
fails to comply with these Official Rules,

The Sponsor may select an alternate winner.

8. General Conditions

Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual found to:

violate these Official Rules,
tamper with the entry process,
submit fraudulent information, or
act in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner.

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the giveaway if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the giveaway.

9. Release and Limitation of Liability

By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, Belle Health, and their respective affiliates, officers, employees, representatives, and agents from any liability, injury, loss, or damage arising from participation in the giveaway or acceptance, possession, or use of the prize.

Sponsor makes no warranties regarding the prize.

10. Privacy

Information submitted by entrants may be used by Sponsor for giveaway administration, winner communication, and business purposes consistent with applicable privacy laws.

By entering, participants consent to Sponsor contacting them regarding this giveaway.

11. Publicity Release

Except where prohibited by law, participation constitutes the winner’s consent to Sponsor’s use of winner’s name, likeness, city/state, and statements for promotional purposes in any media without additional compensation or notice.

12. Taxes

The winner is solely responsible for any applicable federal, state, or local taxes associated with receiving the prize.

13. Governing Law

This giveaway is governed by the laws of the State of Oregon, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising under these Official Rules shall be resolved exclusively in the appropriate courts located in Oregon.

14. Not Sponsored by Social Media Platforms

If promoted through Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, or other social media platforms:

This giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, or any other social media platform.

By participating, entrants release all social media platforms from any responsibility related to this giveaway.
